In 2024, Watertown Family Connections marked 30 years of dedicated service, receiving a proclamation from the City of Watertown and achieving accreditation as a Resource Center of Quality—recognizing our long-standing commitment to families.
Impactful Programs
Our programs make a measurable difference: 95% of children improved their social-emotional skills, 72% of parents saw positive changes in their child’s behavior, and 66% gained a better understanding of parenting and child development.
Serving More Families
WFC supported 326 families this year, a 56% increase from the prior year. Each family received screenings to connect with relevant services, including parent education and individualized support, with a notable 24% increase in requests from Latino/Hispanic families.
Strong Families, Stronger Community
Accredited by Thriving Wisconsin as a Family Resource Center of Quality, WFC follows proven strategies to provide top-tier support. Every program strengthens families, ensuring children thrive and communities grow stronger.

Our Vision & Mission
Our mission is to ensure all young children grow up healthy, happy, independent, and resilient. We achieve this by building strong relationships, providing enriching educational experiences, and connecting families to vital resources within our community, empowering them to thrive.
